Máy mài và đánh bóng MetPrep 3x™ MỚI, với đầu nguồn PH™, là hệ thống mạnh mẽ để vận hành bán tự động, lý tưởng cho các yêu cầu chuẩn bị mẫu với khối lượng thấp đến cao. Hai sự kết hợp cung cấp các giải pháp lý tưởng phù hợp với mọi phòng thí nghiệm, ứng dụng hoặc vật liệu.
Hệ thống dựa trên bộ vi xử lý cho phép người vận hành sử dụng Chế độ nhập thủ công để nhập các tham số trong suốt quy trình hoặc Chế độ các bước và trình tự được lập trình sẵn do người dùng xác định để chọn các bước theo trình tự khi quy trình tiến triển.
Đầu nguồn PH-3™/PH-4™ mang lại tính linh hoạt tối đa cho việc chuẩn bị mẫu bán tự động với khối lượng thấp đến cao, sử dụng chế độ lực lấy mẫu tập trung hoặc riêng lẻ. Hệ thống điện-khí nén cung cấp lực lấy mẫu được kiểm soát và cho phép chuẩn bị đồng thời tối đa chín (9) mẫu, tùy thuộc vào đầu nguồn, đường kính ngàm và kích thước giá đỡ. Thiết kế nghiêng độc đáo cho phép tiếp cận dễ dàng, không bị cản trở với giá đỡ mẫu và trục lăn, đồng thời loại bỏ nhu cầu định vị lại đầu trong quá trình chuẩn bị.
Có thể sử dụng đĩa tiêu chuẩn hoặc đĩa từ với bất kỳ đĩa hệ thống từ tính hoặc đĩa trơn/có mặt sau dính nào.
